Qualified mentors are the ambassadors of change who shall inspire, guide and coach young minds to embrace a spirit of problem-solving, innovation and enterprise creation.

As the world embraces technology and startups run by youth across the globe are challenging the economic order, this program aims to empower the youth of India to pursue high-technology intensive innovation and innovation-led entrepreneurship by training educators from engineering/science/polytechnic colleges.

During this program, we enable the transition of educators to innovators and startup entrepreneurs at one end, but more importantly, equip them to play the role of innovation mentors capable of guiding student innovators in their pursuit of developing innovative solutions to real-world problems by applying the tools of technology and design, and launching these solutions as commercially viable products in the market or generating IP.

‍This intensive program provides hands-on training in the tools and techniques of design thinking, agile product development and lean startup methods.

The participants master the Forge Innovation Handbook and apply the same for ideation, innovation, rapid prototyping, customer/market validation, and business idea/model generation to help them support students in developing innovative solutions to real-world problems in their labs to launch them as products in the market.

The most significant opportunity for educators is to learn the nuances of enhancing the odds of success of innovations (tech/ commercial) and create startup/business outcomes of the research and innovation projects pursued by academic institutions.
